Who we are; and what we do!

121 Islam is a unique project that started over 10 years ago in Egypt by a few British Expats. They identified 3 important points that became the framework of the 121 Islam company.  

1) The availability of good, quality Islamic teachers in Egypt 
2) Urgent need of Muslims residing in the west for Islamic education
3) Need to help the poor and needy people

121 Islam was born to cater for all the above points. The beauty of 121 Islam is that it’s probably the only 100% non profit online Islamic academy in the world. With 121 Islam, you are not only benefitting from good, quality and affordable Islamic education but are also helping the poor at the same time. The profits from 121 Islam has been used to fund many projects all over the world, below are some examples:  

 We have established many water wells in Togo, Nigeria and Afghanistan. In addition we have provided water to many villages in Egypt with over 25,000 people benefitting.

With our students fees and donations, we are currently able to help nearly 100 needy families in Egypt every single month. We also help poor students who have emigrated from the former Russian federation such as Chechnya, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. These students and their families are very hard working and tend to be in great need. A special school has been setup just for them offering free education.
